Internal organs are very limited. If any special instructions are there for Qurbani (name/ fathers name etc as per your custom) please provide that in the Comment section at the time to checkout. We pass it on to the cleric who recites the prayer at the slaughter house.
Cut medium size stew pieces standard for Qurbani - no custom cutting as it gets extremely busy. Moderate/ quick fat cleaning. All meat will be mixed and packed in 3 equal weight packets. If opted for 'Donate 1/3 to Rahima Foundation' as 'Yes' one packet will go to them and customer will only get 2 packets out of 3. https://www.rahima.org
