Cooking Instruction :
1) Baking Oven - Preheat oven to 350F. Arrange product in a oven proof tray (either in skewer or individually). Bake at 350 F for 30 to 35 mins ensuring chicken internal temperature reaches 160F. Spray or baste oil on top midway (after 15 mins) if too dry.
Optional - After baking turn oven to Broil - High and keep product for 5 to 6 mins to have charred (grilled) appearance.
2) Barbeque - Put on Barbeque or gril and cook till adequate doneness. Keep basting marinade/ oil as surface dries.
