Cooking Instruction :
1) Baking Oven - Preheat oven to 350F. Arrange product in a oven proof tray. Spray or baste oil on top. Bake at 350 F for 55 mins to 1 hour 15 mins (depends on thickness and meat texture) ensuring meat internal temperature reaches 160F. Try out a small cut sample of product to make sure meat is tender. If not, put it back and bake for 15 more mins.
Optional - After product has been cooked tender turn oven to Broil - High and keep product for 4 to 5 mins to have charred (grilled) appearance. Take out tray and turn product and keep 4 to 5 more mins on High Broil to have the other side of the chop slightly charred.
2) Barbeque - Put on Barbeque or gril and cook till adequate doneness. Keep basting marinade/ oil as surface dries. Close lid and barbeque, ensuring product does not get burnt.
