Cooking Instruction : 1) Baking Oven - Preheat oven to 350F. Arrange product in oven proof tray. Bake at 350 F for 55 mins to 1 hour ensuring chicken internal temperature reaches 160F. Spray or baste oil on top midway (after 30 mins) if too dry. Optional - After baking turn oven to Broil - High and keep product for 5 to 8 mins to have charred (grilled) appearance. 2) Barbeque - Put on Barbeque or gril and cook till adequate doneness. Keep basting marinade/ oil as surface dries.
