Description
Cut in Steak piece. Fish Internals cannot be cleaned because that requires thawing the fish completely. We do not thaw the fish as it cannot be preserved well after that. Customer needs to clean the internal (stomach and head) after thawing and before cooking. If it is cut in piece, all it needs is to hold it under running tap water to clean the stomach.
