Cooking Instruction :
Stove top - Heat oil in a deep skillet on stove top high heat. Add whole garam masala, chopped onion (one) and chopped garlic (5 to 10 cloves). Fry till brown. Add chopped ginger (1 spoon) and chopped tomato (1 cup) and cook on medium heat to a paste. If too dry sprinkle some water ensuring paste does not get burned. Add the marinated product and cook for 8 to 10 mins stirring frequently so that product does not stick on skillet. Add salt to taste, if needed. Add water to desired consistency and keep boiling covered on low heat for 20-25 mins or till fully done. Garnish with chopped cilantro on top.
